Through the Delhi Capitals Foundation, the franchise channels the energy and passion of cricket into programmes that create lasting impact โ from grassroots youth development to environmental sustainability and inclusive community initiatives across the National Capital Region.
Cricket for All
Breaking down barriers to the sport by equipping under-resourced schools and youth clubs with cricket kits, coaching and access to professionally maintained facilities. Over 5,000 young players across Delhi's municipal wards have benefited from the programme since 2019.

DC Green
Delhi Capitals is committed to reducing the environmental footprint of professional cricket. The DC Green initiative targets net-zero stadium operations by 2030 through renewable energy adoption, single-use plastic elimination and water conservation at Arun Jaitley Stadium.
- Solar panels installed covering 30% of stadium energy needs
- Single-use plastics eliminated at DC home matches since 2023
- Tree-planting drives: 10,000 saplings across Delhi NCR
Education First
Recognising that education and sport go hand in hand, the Education First programme provides scholarships, digital learning tools and mentorship to academically talented students from low-income backgrounds who also show promise on the cricket field.

- Player mentorship connecting DC cricketers with students
Women in Cricket
As the parent franchise of the DC Women (WPL), Delhi Capitals is deeply invested in growing women's cricket at every level. Programmes focus on grassroots participation, elite pathway development and creating role models who inspire the next generation of female cricketers.
- Girls-only cricket camps in partnership with WPL stars

Health & Wellness
Sport and health are inseparable. Delhi Capitals partners with healthcare providers to deliver free medical camps, mental health awareness sessions and nutrition education to communities in and around the National Capital Region โ especially for young athletes.

Community Outreach
From Diwali drives to flood relief, the Delhi Capitals Foundation mobilises players, staff and fans whenever communities need support. The franchise has contributed to disaster relief efforts and runs year-round volunteering programmes that deepen DC's connection to the city it represents.
